- Students are checked into the before school program by parents using a 4-digit PIN chosen by each parent into our automated accountability system “Jackrabbit.” Any additional authorized pickup persons must have their own 4-digit PIN to pick up and drop off.
- Students are checked out by the CBB Site Director once school staff have arrived into the program area and other students have been allowed to enter the school.
- Students are checked into Club BB upon arrival into the program area, after school by CBB Site Director.
- Only parents and other authorized personnel may check a student out from the afterschool program.
- Katy ISD Police will be notified of any attempted unauthorized student pick-ups.
- Site administrators are equipped with “panic buttons” that immediately alert local law enforcement personnel of an emergency.
- ALL Club Busy Bee staff are cleared though a Texas DPS and FBI fingerprint check prior to having access to any children in the program.

BEFORE SCHOOL PROGRAM
The Club Busy Bee before-school care begins at 6:30 a.m. and includes a variety of social games and art activities. The students will be divided by age/grade at a staff-to-child ratio of 1:20.
AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
The Club Busy Bee after-school program begins immediately after school and operates until 6:30 p.m. The students are divided by age/grade and the program will provide a variety of activities with integrated learning. In the after-school program, students will be placed in a staff-to-child ratio of 1:20.
OUR ACTIVITIES
Activities will rotate from movement to hands on, as children move throughout the program. All activities are designed with educational enhancement in mind; however, the main vehicle for delivery is fun! Students are engaged and learning is integrated within the program.
